Carrie Underwood nodded to an iconic movie on American Idol’s ‘90s Night on Monday (April 6).
Underwood wore an all-pink look inspired by the character Michele, who is one of the title characters in Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. The 1997 comedy starred Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow as Romy and Michele, respectively. It follows “two dim-witted, inseparable friends hit the road for their ten-year high school reunion and concoct an elaborate lie about their lives in order to impress their classmates,” the movie’s description states on IMDb. Underwood posted a photo on Instagram of her ‘90s-inspired wardrobe on Monday evening. See it below.
