When search for a place to settle down and call home, many factors may play into one's decision, such as safety and criminal activity, proximity to incredible restaurants and exciting nightlife, and access to quality health care or education. However, one of the biggest concerns when it comes to finding a home is the price. While there are plenty of more affordable places to live around the state, if you're looking for something a bit more extravagant, it will come with a heftier price tag.
