Watch Megan Moroney Ditch Her 'Failed Attempts' To Find Love

Megan Moroney portrays the feeling of finding the “right one” after enduring one rocky relationship after another. The CMA Award-nominated artist debuted the new music video to the title track of her sophomore album on Wednesday (October 30).

Moroney directed the “Am I Okay?” video alongside Alexandra Gavillet. The visual pops with vibrant shades of blue — Moroney’s signature color in this chapter of her career — as the Georgia-born country star gets swept away in a new romance by the end. Moroney conceptualized the video, which was filmed in Nashville, Tennessee, per a press release issued Wednesday.

“The music video takes you through what love ‘always was’ — a lot of failed attempts at finding the ‘right one’ and reminds you that the ‘right one’ may have been there all long if you look real close," Moroney said in a statement. "I loved creating the concept for the video because it portrays what ‘Am I Okay?’ feels like to me— finally meeting the one that makes all the wrong ones feel worth it. And maybe that’s happened or maybe it’s totally made up in my head, I guess we’ll never know!

“I love how from the title you’d assume it’s a heart-wrenching song, especially since I’m the Emo Cowgirl and everyone thinks I’m so sad all the time,” Moroney previously said in a statement of the title track, which opens the album. Moroney wrote the song with Luke Laird and Jessie Jo Dillon. “But really it’s about meeting someone new and realizing, ‘Oh my god, I’m not miserable anymore. He’s actually making me happy. Am I okay?’”

Moroney released the deluxe edition of her sophomore album, Am I Okay? (I’ll Be Fine), earlier this month. She also announced added stops on her 2025 headlining tour. See the dates below, and watch her new music video here:
