So it happened, I got a flat tire. There was something in the road that I couldn't avoid. But unlike times in the past, I didn't freak out because I knew Capital Subaru of Greensboro was going to take great care of me. I gave them a call and set up an appointment to get my tire repaired.
Upon my arrival, Donna greeted me and my friends in service were on it. While my 2017 Subaru Outback was getting worked on Donna came out to the waiting area and asked if anybody cared for a water, coffee, or a snack. WHAT A SWEETHEART! I asked Ms. Donna why she came out and did that and she said she just wanted to make sure everyone was happy.
My baby got all fixed up and we were on our way. I am so thankful that I can get the same great care while getting my car serviced as the day I bought my car.
