The Bobby Bones Show was full of surprises today as every member had a personal announcement to share, from surgery plans to celebrity sightings and even new deodorant.
Bobby’s going under the knife. After dealing with a nagging ankle issue for a while, Bobby revealed that he’s having ankle surgery in November. The operation is necessary if he wants to keep walking and running comfortably and maybe even get back to his “pro Pickleball” dreams. He’ll be on crutches for a few weeks and in a boot after that. The wild part? He’s getting cartilage from a cadaver donor to fix it.
Amy’s rocking a new look. Amy debuted her new clip-in bangs, made from real human hair! The show members immediately weighed in, with several saying she looked like Laverne from Laverne & Shirley. But once she finally got them styled in right, Bobby and Eddie agreed they didn’t look bad at all, but Amy hasn't decided if she's going to make the official cut.
Eddie’s switching things up, literally. For the first time since high school, Eddie has officially changed deodorants. He’s been loyal to Degree’s “Shower Clean”/“Cool Rush” for decades, but his wife convinced him to go aluminum-free. Now he’s using Dove’s Beast Mode — yes, the one with Marshawn Lynch on the cover. Eddie says it’s a big change, but he’s embracing it.
Lunchbox sees Flava Flav. And finally, Lunchbox had a celebrity encounter at the Nashville airport, after seeing zero stars during his whole trip to Los Angeles. While tying his shoe, he looked up and spotted none other than Flava Flav, stretched out across two chairs and scrolling his phone. When Lunchbox asked for a photo, Flava Flav politely declined, saying he wasn’t doing pictures. But that didn’t stop Lunchbox, he took a sneaky photo of him instead. Turns out, Flava Flav wasn’t just scrolling… he was on FaceTime the entire time!
