Morgan got engaged over the holidays!!
She came back to the Bobby Bones Show with a ring on her finger after a surprise proposal in her hometown. She shared with the show it happened at Botanica Gardens in Wichita, Kansas. Every year, her family goes to see the Christmas lights at Botanica, but this year it was even more special. Morgan's boyfriend Braden had asked her dad for his approval prior to the proposal, so her dad was aware it was coming, but not when it was happening. Her mom did not know as Braden wanted it to be a complete surprise for all of the girls in the family. However, one of Morgan's sisters was looped in as she and her husband helped Braden scope out the perfect spot at Botanica for the proposal.
Morgan shared she had no idea it was coming, she knew an engagement would happen at some point since they went to look at rings together, but didn't know it was going to happen at that moment. She shared Braden really wanted it to be a surprise, surrounded by her family, and in a pretty place. She admitted it's very hard to surprise her as she often asks a lot of questions and is perceptive to things happening around her. Bobby asked if he was suspicious leading up to it, and Morgan said there was a moment Braden was sitting on the bed before they left with his eyes closed and she questioned if he was ok. Turns out, he was reciting what he was going to say in his proposal speech. She can also look back at the moments leading up to it and put together all the pieces she noticed, but really wasn't expecting it at that moment so it didn't connect for her at the time.
Morgan was so excited about the entire thing, and really happy. She defended her relationship against Lunchbox who had several claims about it, but the rest of the show offered Congratulations saying they were excited for her.
